Beyond the cockpit, his exceptional military career stands out, marked by active involvement in the Kargil War where he demonstrated remarkable leadership and valor. Decorated with awards such as the Nau Sena Medal for Gallantry and commendations, Captain Datta is a Certified Drone Pilot Instructor and an expert in Safety Operations. His visionary leadership propels Nishtha Vigyan into innovative drone ventures, driving the company to new heights in aviation excellence. Aviation Expertise: Certified Drone Pilot Instructor with extensive experience in Safety Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Human Resource Management. Proficient in Civil Aviation Safety Management System, Six Sigma, and Human Factors in Aviation. Holds a PG Diploma in Business Analytics and Business Management (HR). Innovative Vision for Nishtha Vigyan: As the Founder, Capt. Datta spearheads Nishtha Vigyan Pvt Ltd in Goa. Beyond being a Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO), it's set to diversify into various drone-related services. His commitment to safety is evident through authored handbooks, presentations, and papers on HFACS and AcciMap. Beyond Aviation: Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, and Punjabi, Capt. With over 18 years of dedicated service in esteemed clinics and hospitals, Dr. Datta brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to healing. As an Associate General Practitioner, her expertise extends from routine medical examinations to small surgeries, all delivered with a caring touch. Well-versed in geriatric medicine and armed with a certificate in aviation health from IAM Bengaluru, Dr. Datta is not just a doctor; she's a healer with heart. Embodying adaptability and communication prowess, she is the cornerstone of our patient-centric approach.
Kasthoori Mohanakrishnan Nair, a 27-year-old professional with a passion for marketing and a melody in her soul, proudly holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Bhavan's Royal Institute of Management, Kochi. Her professional journey took flight as a Brand Marketing Manager for Red Bull India in the vibrant Kochi region. During her MBA, she also delved into the meaningful realm of Climate Action as a selected intern for KSUM-UNDP projects. Beyond the boardroom and the realm of marketing, Kasthoori wears another hat with pride – that of a Navy wife. Navigating the seas of both professional and personal worlds, she finds strength and inspiration in the unique challenges and joys of military life. When not shaping marketing strategies or crafting engaging communications, Kasthoori is a fervent Singer/DJ, spreading musical tales from Kochi to stages across India.
